Store Owner Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Store name, address, and business details
- Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
Customer Purchase Data
When you upload customer data or connect your POS, we process:
- Customer names and email addresses
- Purchase history (items, dates, amounts)
- Pet information (names, species) if provided
Usage Data
We automatically collect basic usage data including page visits, feature usage, and campaign performance metrics (open rates, redemptions).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate reorder predictions based on purchase patterns
- Send email campaigns on your behalf to your customers
- Track campaign performance and revenue recovery
- Provide customer support and communicate about your account
- Improve and develop our platform
We never sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. Period.
4. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously:
- All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Database access is restricted and audited
- We use row-level security to ensure stores can only access their own data
- Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers
- We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure

We use the following third-party services to operate Pulld:
- Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
- Resend — Transactional and campaign email delivery
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
- Vercel — Application hosting
Each of these services has their own privacy policy and maintains industry-standard security practices.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription:
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate
- After 30 days, you can request full deletion of all data
- We will permanently delete all store data, customer records, and campaign history upon request
You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Customers' Rights
Customers of your pet store can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every campaign email. Once unsubscribed, they will not receive further marketing emails from your store through Pulld.
8. GDPR and CCPA Compliance
If you or your customers are located in the EU or California:
- You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
- You have the right to data portability (export your data)
- You have the right to opt out of data processing
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights
- We act as a data processor on behalf of store owners (data controllers)
