Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Pulld is a customer retention platform designed for independent pet stores. Our service analyzes purchase data, predicts reorder timing, and enables targeted email campaigns to recover lapsing customers. By using Pulld, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create a Pulld account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that team members you invite comply with these terms

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pulld only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload customer data that you do not have the right to use
• Send spam, misleading, or deceptive email campaigns
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or any other applicable privacy or marketing laws
• Attempt to access other stores' data or circumvent security measures
• Use the platform to send emails unrelated to pet store customer retention
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Pulld to third parties

4. Billing and Cancellation

Pulld offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Free trials do not require a credit card and convert to paid only with explicit action

5. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all customer data, purchase records, and campaign content you upload or create in Pulld. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Pulld service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

You may export all of your data at any time. Upon account closure, we will delete your data within 30 days unless you request immediate deletion.

6. Email Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM and other applicable email marketing regulations. Pulld provides tools to help with compliance, including:

• Automatic unsubscribe links in every campaign email
• Physical address fields in email footers
• Honoring unsubscribe requests immediately

You agree not to email customers who have unsubscribed or who have not given consent to receive marketing emails from your store.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pulld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific revenue recovery results. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for the content of emails you send through the platform
• We are not liable for email deliverability issues caused by third-party email providers

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the platform for spam or illegal purposes
• Fail to pay subscription fees after reasonable notice
• Engage in activity that harms other users or the platform

Upon termination, your right to use Pulld ceases immediately. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Pulld after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
